Latest Tasman sales

So far 3 of the 5 main airlines which fly across the Tasman have launched "matching" sales today for travel the first half of 2010 (with exceptions). The sale period is to 8 December, which means there is time to wait and see if the other 2 airlines match or do better.

Generally the fair sale fares are about the same on each airline for a given route. Some routes are cheaper than normal, while others have little or no discount. Some airlines match only on some routes. It is complicated, so to help clarify we'll be using a slightly different format to the following post to help summarise. We'll also post in the normal format, and this will take several posts.
