New domestic fare structure for Air NZ

Air NZ has announced a major overhaul of their domestic fares. Our understanding is that lead in fares (ie the cheapest ones) are lower.

Unfortunately this change has come in the middle of a trip with limited internet access. Rest assured we'll be crunching the numbers on the Air NZ fares as well as checking out changes by the other airlines. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay in reporting on the results. We'll try to make it up to you by providing a run-down of how the new lead in fares compare with the old ones.
